Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 June 2026
1. The service
ChaseDesk provides public-source monitoring and reporting for federal contract opportunities, SAM.gov changes, amendments, response deadlines, attachments, awards, set-asides, and likely recompete signals. Deliverables may include sample reports, custom NAICS watch reports, alert subscriptions, public tracker pages, and related summaries.
2. No government affiliation
ChaseDesk is not affiliated with SAM.gov, the General Services Administration, USAspending, any federal agency, any contracting office, or any government procurement system. Official source records control over any ChaseDesk summary or alert.
3. No proposal, legal, or eligibility advice
ChaseDesk does not provide legal advice, proposal-writing advice, bid/no-bid advice, government-contracting certification, set-aside eligibility determinations, procurement advice, or official deadline verification. Customers remain responsible for reviewing official notices, instructions, attachments, eligibility rules, and deadlines.
4. Public-source limitations
ChaseDesk relies on available public data and source access. Public records may be incomplete, delayed, changed, unavailable, archived, corrected, or inconsistent. API update cadence, rate limits, source outages, and source-field changes may affect alert timing and completeness.
5. Enquiries and fit review
The public enquiry form does not create a paid engagement. ChaseDesk may review the request and reply with next steps, scoping questions, pricing, timing, a sample-report route, or a decision that the request is not suitable.
6. Fees and subscriptions
Fees, payment timing, deliverables, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be stated before a paid report or alert subscription begins. Public pricing may be introductory, experimental, or subject to change before payment is accepted.
7. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information they provide, for ensuring they are authorized to request monitoring for their business purposes, and for independently verifying all official opportunities, deadlines, amendments, attachments, and agency instructions.
8. What not to submit
Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, proprietary proposal documents, third-party confidential material, passwords, credentials, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information through public forms.
9. No guaranteed outcomes
ChaseDesk does not guarantee contract awards, bid eligibility, proposal success, revenue, agency approval, complete source coverage, uninterrupted alerts, or that every relevant change will be detected before a deadline.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChaseDesk is not responsible for missed deadlines, failed bids, lost awards, customer reliance on summaries, source outages, incorrect public data, delayed updates, platform changes, procurement decisions, indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption.
11. Changes
ChaseDesk may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest version.
