Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 June 2026

This policy applies to ChaseDesk enquiries, sample-report requests, federal contract change alerts, and NAICS watch reports. ChaseDesk is a private service and is not affiliated with SAM.gov, GSA, USAspending, or any government agency.

1. Who we are

ChaseDesk provides public-source monitoring and reporting for federal contract opportunities, SAM.gov changes, amendments, due-date changes, awards, set-asides, and likely recompete signals. For privacy questions, contact hello@chasedesk.com.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or report request, we may collect:

  • name, email, company, role, and business contact details;
  • NAICS codes, target agencies, states, set-asides, contract categories, and alert preferences;
  • messages, notes, instructions, and communications related to your request;
  • payment and order status if you later purchase a report or alert subscription;
  • basic website, hosting, form-submission, spam-prevention, and communication metadata.

3. What not to submit

Do not submit proprietary proposal documents, controlled unclassified information, classified information, credentials, passwords, payment-card details, sensitive employee data, customer records, or confidential contract materials through the public form. Initial requests should only include the basic information needed to assess fit.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess fit, prepare sample reports, configure alert preferences, send requested updates, maintain customer records, process payments where applicable, improve the service, prevent misuse, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

5. Public-source data

ChaseDesk may collect, store, transform, snapshot, and analyze public procurement data from sources such as SAM.gov, USAspending, agency pages, and other public records. Customer-specific alert profiles may be matched against those public records.

6. Sharing information

We may share information with hosting providers, form providers, email tools, payment providers, document tools, analytics tools, professional advisers, and operational service providers. We do not sell enquiry information.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for enquiries, report delivery, alert subscriptions, business records, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting requirements. No internet system is completely secure, so users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

8. Your choices

You may contact us to ask for access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to lawful retention and legitimate business-record requirements.
