Our methodology

Trace the dependency. Verify the consequence.

Our investigations examine disruptions to infrastructure, production, supply, trade, finance and essential services. Each article distinguishes directly observed disruption from reported claims, analysis and scenarios.

What counts as a loss?

Destruction, lost output, delayed activity, substitution, rerouting and transferred spending are not interchangeable. Where evidence does not support an estimate, we do not invent one.

Sources and editorial review

Articles link to the records supporting material claims. We check dates, affected assets, original authorities, sources with shared origins, and plausible alternative explanations. Adversarial review can reject unsupported or repeated analysis. AI-assisted research is not presented as firsthand reporting or independent human corroboration.

What is published?

Only approved original investigations and substantive follow-on analyses count as new articles. New evidence about an existing incident may instead warrant an update or correction. Articles are free to read. Hourly publication is an operating target, not permission to fabricate conclusions.
