Project history and evidence
Peoria's RTCC is a municipal police-led information facility at Pinnacle Peak, intended to aggregate dispatch, camera and other technologies for emergency operations. The city reports it was completed in late 2024 and formally opened in March 2025. 90% confidence
A later municipal report documents use of the centre in practice, supporting an archived Past opening record. Future drone programme ambitions mentioned alongside it are not treated as completed RTCC construction. 90% confidence
Evidence boundary: The sources were reviewed 23 October 2026. A dated project announcement, capital appropriation or forecast alone does not prove physical commencement, active bid availability, opening or final completion.
